Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure the surface you intend to apply the vinyl to is clean, dry, and completely flat. Measure and cut the vinyl using the grid on the reverse. Peel back a small portion of the backing paper and align the vinyl to the edge of your surface. Slowly peel off the backing paper while simultaneously smoothing the vinyl down with a felt edge smoother, working from the center outwards to prevent air bubbles. If you make a mistake, gently lift the vinyl and reposition it. Use a sharp utility cutter for any excess trimming.
Compatibility: This vinyl can be applied to any smooth, flat surface, including wood, laminate, metal, and glass. It is ideal for kitchen doors, countertops, furniture, tabletops, and shelves.
Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Wipe up spills immediately to prevent staining. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. For edges exposed to water, apply a suitable sealant to prevent lifting. The vinyl is heat resistant up to 70ºC, so avoid placing hot pans directly on the surface.
