Troubleshooting
Gloves feel cold despite waterproof rating
Ensure the Velcro cuff is fastened snugly to trap heat, and check that the gloves were allowed to fully dry before use to maintain the effectiveness of the Easy-Dry lining.
Touchscreen sensitivity is low
Ensure your fingers are positioned correctly against the touchscreen tips of the index finger and thumb, and check that the glove is pulled taut over your hand for better contact.
Grip is slippery on reins
Check if the palm has accumulated dust or dirt; clean the gloves according to the wash instructions to restore the tackiness of the Elastic Pore Grip.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Getting the right fit is essential for these gloves to function correctly. Ensure the Velcro strap is fastened firmly over the neoprene cuff to trap heat effectively. To maintain the waterproof properties and the longevity of the materials, machine wash these gloves at 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit). Avoid using heavy fabric softeners or bleach, as these can degrade the membrane and the grip coating. Always allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can damage the synthetic fibers.
