Can I leave this furniture outside all year round?

Yes, the set is constructed with weather-resistant PE rattan and a galvanized steel frame, making it suitable for year-round outdoor use. However, for optimal longevity, covering or storing cushions during harsh weather is advised.

What is the warranty period for this product?

Please refer to the product packaging or manufacturer's website for specific warranty information, as this can vary.

How is the furniture delivered?

The furniture is delivered in manageable boxes, designed to simplify the delivery process.

What are the dimensions of the sofa pieces?

Troubleshooting

Assembly instructions are unclear

Double-check that you have the correct manual for your model. Contact customer support if specific steps remain confusing.

Wobbly frame after assembly

Ensure all screws are fully tightened. Check that all parts are aligned correctly before final tightening. Some slight adjustment may be needed.

Cushion covers are difficult to remove/replace

Ensure zippers are fully open. Lay the cushion flat and gently work the cover off or on. Avoid excessive force.

Rattan appears dirty or stained

Use a soft brush with mild soap and water to gently clean the affected area. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry completely.
