Maurten Solid C 160 is a two-piece, oat- and rice-based chewable fuel with cocoa — 1 pack, 2 mini-bars. Each bar provides 40 grams of carbohydrates, split into equal 20-gram servings for optimized fueling. This energy bar is your go-to fuel — fast, light, low-fiber, and carbohydrate-rich. Solid C 160 contains 40 grams of carbohydrates, the same as Gel 160 and Drink Mix 160, making it part of Maurten’s modular fueling system for easy carbohydrate consumption calculation during training and racing. Ingredients include Gluten-free Oats, Fructose-Glucose Syrup, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Rice flour, Sunflower Oil, Fat Reduced Cocoa, Rice Bran, and Salt. Emulsifier (Lecithin) (E322) from Sunflower is also included. May contain traces of Milk, Soy, Gluten, Nuts, Peanuts, and Sesame.
