The Ugreen USB C to 3.5mm Headphone Adapter and Charger is an essential accessory for smartphone and tablet users whose devices lack a dedicated headphone jack, allowing for simultaneous audio output and 60W PD fast charging. It is perfect for professionals or commuters who need to keep their devices powered while using wired headsets for meetings or media consumption. While it offers high-fidelity audio, users should note that the device requires a USB-C port that supports power delivery and audio output standards to function correctly with all features.

The DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) chip converts digital audio files into high-quality analog sound, ensuring much better fidelity than simple USB-C to 3.5mm pass-through cables.
Ensure the headphones are fully inserted into the 3.5mm jack and check that your device output settings are set to the external USB-C accessory.
Confirm that your wall charger is a USB-C PD charger and that the cable is firmly connected to both the adapter and the power source.
Verify that your headset is fully compatible with CTIA/OMTP standards, as some proprietary headset controllers may not communicate through the adapter.
To use the adapter, simply plug the USB-C connector into your host device, attach your 3.5mm headphones to the audio port, and connect a USB-C PD charger to the charging port. No driver installation or firmware updates are necessary. To ensure longevity, avoid excessive bending of the cable at the strain-relief points. Keep the connectors free of dust and lint to maintain a solid connection, and store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use. Ensure your wall charger is PD-compliant to achieve the maximum 60W charging speed.
