Its key benefit is creating a tranquil atmosphere through the sound of cascading water and soft, warm lighting. A minor caveat is its compact size, which may require frequent water top-ups in very dry environments. FAQs
How often do I need to add water?
This depends on your environment. In average indoor conditions, check the water level every 2-3 days and top up as needed. In very dry or warm rooms, you may need to add water daily.
Can I use tap water?
Yes, standard tap water is suitable. However, using distilled or filtered water can help reduce mineral buildup over time, requiring less frequent deep cleaning.
Is the pump noisy?
The pump is designed for quiet operation. However, in a very quiet room, you might hear a faint hum. Ensuring the water level is adequate and the pump is free of debris helps minimize noise.
What are the dimensions of the water feature?
The dimensions are approximately Length 18cm, Width 14cm, and Height 28cm.
Can this water feature be used outdoors?
No, this feature is designed specifically for indoor use only. It is not weatherproof.
How do I clean the water feature?
Unplug the unit, drain the water, and wipe down the surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers. Clean the pump intake periodically.
Do the lights require separate power?
The lights are integrated into the feature and powered through the main adapter. No separate power source is needed for the lights.
Troubleshooting
Water feature not operating
Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the feature and a working electrical outlet. Check that the pump is fully submerged in water.
Weak water flow or pump noise
The water level may be too low; top up the reservoir. Check the pump intake for any blockages (leaves, debris) and clean if necessary. Ensure the pump is placed correctly.
Water level drops very quickly
This could be due to evaporation, especially in warm or dry environments. Ensure the feature is not placed in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Regular refilling is necessary.
Lights are not working
Check the electrical connection of the light component, if separate. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
