Troubleshooting

Projectile discs not launching effectively

Ensure the discs are properly loaded into the launcher and that the launcher mechanism is fully pulled back before release. Check for any obstructions in the launcher barrel.

R.C. car wheels sticking

Check the wheels for any debris or tangled threads. Gently clean the wheel axles and try rolling the car again. Ensure the car is on a smooth, flat surface.

Woody figure feels loose at joints

This is normal for articulated figures to allow for posing. If a joint is excessively loose and won't hold a pose, ensure it is properly seated. For significant issues, contact customer support if within warranty.

Projectile discs are lost

Utilize the storage compartment on R.C.'s back wheel for the discs when not in use. If discs are lost, replacements may be available from the manufacturer or through third-party toy part retailers.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: This playset requires no assembly. Simply remove the components from the packaging and they are ready for play.

Compatibility: The 3-inch Woody figure is designed to fit within the R.C. car. While the R.C. car itself is a unique piece, the scale of the Woody figure is generally compatible with other Imaginext figures and playsets.

Care: To clean the playset, use a slightly damp cloth to wipe down the surfaces of both the Woody figure and the R.C. car. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or submerging the toys in water, as this could damage the materials or moving parts. Store the playset in a dry place, ensuring the projectile discs are kept in their designated storage space on R.C. when not in use to prevent loss.
