Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly. To maintain the non-stick surface, always use silicone, nylon, or wooden cooking utensils, as metal tools can cause micro-scratches that degrade the coating. While the pan is lightweight, avoid dropping it to prevent denting the aluminium frame. After cooking, allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to avoid warping. We recommend hand washing with a soft sponge rather than a dishwasher to keep the ceramic layer intact for years of service.
