Zipper is difficult to close or open

Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper. Gently pull the zipper tab while guiding the fabric. Apply a small amount of wax or graphite lubricant to the zipper teeth if needed.

Tripod feels too tight inside the bag

Confirm your tripod and head combination does not exceed the internal dimensions of 89cm x 23.5cm. Ensure the tripod is folded correctly and the head is positioned in the wider section of the asymmetric bag.

Shoulder strap attachment feels loose

Check that the strap is securely fastened to the bag's attachment points. Ensure no damage is present on the strap or the attachment hardware.
