Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup

The Bertazzoni F609HEREKTAX is a built-in oven, so professional installation is recommended. Ensure the oven is installed in a properly grounded electrical outlet that matches the appliance's voltage requirements (220-240V, 50/60 Hz). Make sure that the dimensions of the oven align with the existing cabinetry space, taking into account any necessary ventilation.

Compatibility

This oven is compatible with standard kitchen cabinetry. Ensure that there is enough space around the oven for ventilation, as specified in the installation manual. The oven’s design allows for flush installation with surrounding cabinets, aligning both vertically and horizontally.

Care

Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the interior with a damp cloth to prevent build-up. For heavier soiling, use oven-safe cleaners and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the interior.
Door: The double-glazed door can be cleaned with a glass cleaner. Ensure the oven is cool before cleaning.
Maintenance: Regularly check the door seals for wear and tear. If damaged, replace them to maintain the oven's efficiency. Avoid using the oven with the door open for extended periods, as this could damage internal components.
