Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly. While the pan is compatible with gas, electric, halogen, and ceramic hobs, avoid using metal spatulas or whisks, as these can compromise the non-stick ceramic layer. To preserve the coating, use silicone or wooden utensils. Always allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to prevent thermal shock. Store the pan carefully; if stacking it with other cookware, place a soft cloth or a pan protector between units to prevent surface scratches.
