The TIMCO 7.6 x 300mm Black Cable Ties are designed for professionals and DIY enthusiasts needing a reliable, heavy-duty solution for bundling and securing cables, hoses, and general workshop equipment. These ties provide exceptional tensile strength and a secure hold, making them ideal for high-stress electrical and organizational tasks, though their 300mm length may be excessive for smaller, delicate wire management projects.

No, these are single-use, permanent locking ties. They must be cut for removal.
These ties accommodate a maximum bundle diameter of 75mm.
Yes, their wide operating temperature range and robust build make them suitable for outdoor use, though they should be kept away from harsh chemicals.
Each pack contains 100 individual cable ties.
The black finish typically offers better UV resistance compared to natural clear ties, suitable for general outdoor applications.
While they can be tightened by hand, a cable tie tensioning tool is recommended for consistent, secure installation.
Check if the ties have been exposed to direct UV light for extended periods; store in a dark, dry place.
Ensure the bundle diameter is at least 5mm and the surface is not coated in oil or grease.
Verify that no debris is inside the locking head and the serrated edge of the strap is facing inward.
To use these cable ties, feed the pointed end through the self-locking head until your bundle is tight. Trim the excess "tail" with side cutters or dedicated cable tie snips for a clean finish. These ties are designed for permanent installation; if you need to reposition your cables, you will need to cut the existing tie and replace it with a fresh one. Keep the unused ties in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight, to maintain the integrity of the polymer material for long-term storage.
