Troubleshooting

Hamper feels wobbly or unstable

Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the frame until the base makes firm contact with the floor.

Liners are difficult to slide in and out

Check the rails for any debris and ensure the fabric is tucked neatly within the frame boundaries.

Metal surface showing dust or stains

Use a mild soap and water solution with a microfiber cloth; avoid abrasive scrubbers that may scratch the finish.

Pros and Cons

Removable liners allow for easy transport to the washing machine
Adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven floors
Modern, functional design fits well in bathrooms or bedrooms

Cons

Assembly is required before first use
Not suitable for heavy wet clothes inside the bags

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly involves connecting the metal frame components according to the included manual. Ensure the adjustable feet are screwed in evenly to prevent wobbling on tile or hardwood floors. For safety, install the provided anti-tip kit if the hamper is being placed in a high-traffic area. To maintain the unit, wipe down the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. The oxford fabric liners can be detached and machine washed on a gentle cycle; ensure they are completely air-dried before reinserting them into the frame to prevent mold or mildew.
