What are the sizes of the hex keys included?

The kit includes 5 Ball Head Hex Keys in sizes: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm.

How do I clean and maintain the tools?

Wipe tools with a dry or slightly damp cloth after use. For long-term storage, lightly oil metal parts to prevent rust. Store in the provided case in a dry area.

What is the warranty period for this tool kit?

Specific warranty information is not detailed in the product description. Please refer to the packaging or manufacturer's website for warranty details.

Troubleshooting

Tool is missing from the case.

Carefully check all compartments within the plastic case, including under other tools. If still missing, verify if it was inadvertently misplaced during use.

Screwdriver bits do not fit a screw head securely.

Ensure you are using the correct type (Phillips, flathead) and size of bit. The kit includes standard sizes; specialized screws may require different bits not included in this set.

Hammer head feels loose.

Inspect the connection between the hammer head and handle. If loose, do not use the hammer and consider professional repair or replacement of the hammer.

Ratcheting mechanism on the holder is stiff.

Try working the mechanism back and forth a few times. If stiffness persists, a small drop of lubricant (like WD-40) may help, but use sparingly.
