The PawHut Adjustable Pet Gate with Cat Door is designed for pet owners who need to keep dogs contained while allowing cats the freedom to roam throughout the home. This dual-purpose gate features a convenient one-handed operation mechanism, making it ideal for busy households, though it is specifically sized for openings between 75 and 85 cm, meaning it will not fit oversized doorways without additional extensions.

No, it uses a pressure-mounting system that secures the gate without the need for drilling or permanent hardware.
While it is a pressure-mounted gate, it is best suited for doorways. Always ensure the gate is installed on a flat, level surface and avoid placing it at the top of stairs.
The gate is designed to fit openings between 75 cm and 85 cm.
The cat door is integrated into the gate structure and is intended to remain as a permanent feature to allow feline access.
This gate is intended for small to medium pets. It may not provide enough security for very large or high-energy dogs that tend to jump.
Tighten the pressure bolts at all four corners until the gate is firmly wedged against the wall or door frame.
Ensure the gate is perfectly vertical and the floor is level; adjust the pressure bolts until the latch mechanism aligns with the strike plate.
If the cat door opening is too loose, check for debris in the hinge and ensure the locking tab is functioning correctly.
To set up the gate, place it within the doorway and tighten the pressure bolts at each corner until the gate is firm against the frame. Ensure the tension is balanced on all sides for optimal stability. The gate is compatible with doorways 75-85 cm wide. For care, wipe the metal surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove dust or pet hair. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. Periodically check the tension bolts to ensure they remain tight and the gate has not shifted over time.
