Full details
This set of two NTI brand fluorescent light bulbs is designed for homeowners and businesses seeking efficient and long-lasting indoor lighting solutions. Their key benefit is providing bright, clear white light with an energy-saving design that reduces electricity bills. A potential caveat is that they are specifically fluorescent tubes and may not be suitable for all fixture types without appropriate adapters or housings. The bulbs feature a slim, flat profile with a butterfly tube configuration for even light distribution, a 2/4 pin (GR10Q) connector, and an impressive maximum lifespan.

Troubleshooting
Bulb does not turn on
Ensure the power switch is on. Check that the bulb is correctly and securely seated in the GR10Q socket. Verify the fixture itself is receiving power. If the issue persists, the bulb may be faulty or the fixture may need attention.
Flickering light
Flickering can sometimes indicate a poor connection. Turn off the power and reseat the bulb. If flickering continues, the ballast in the fixture might be failing, or the bulb may be nearing the end of its lifespan.
Reduced brightness over time
Fluorescent bulbs may gradually decrease in brightness as they age. If the reduction is significant, it may be time to replace the bulb, especially if it has reached its maximum rated lifespan.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure the power to the light fixture is switched off before attempting to replace any bulb. Align the 2/4 pin (GR10Q) connector on the NTI fluorescent bulb with the corresponding socket in your light fixture. Gently push the bulb into the socket until it is securely seated. Once installed, restore power and switch on the light.
Compatibility: These bulbs are designed for light fixtures specifically compatible with the GR10Q base type. Verify that your existing fixture has a GR10Q socket before purchase. They are intended for indoor use only.
Care: To maintain optimal performance, regularly clean the bulbs and fixtures. With the power off, use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to wipe away dust and grime. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the bulb's finish or internal components. Ensure the bulbs are handled with care due to their glass construction.
