Designed with a powerful progressive blank that is reinforced to handle and throw our biggest Swimbaits, followed by hard strikes and hook-ups with strong fish. The fast action gives plenty of play to work the lure, followed by a strong backbone to ensure perfect hooksets. 24+30T High Modulus Carbon blanks, SeaGuide CCS Stainless Steel guides with SiN rings, Double Lock reel seats and competition ready-to-fish rod bags. The Alpha SG2 Monster BC combines reinforced 24+30T high-modulus carbon blanks with a progressive fast-action design, giving anglers exceptional control for casting large swimbaits and handling powerful strikes from pike, musky, and other freshwater predators. Fitted with ultra-durable SeaGuide CCS guides featuring SiN rings, this rod reduces line friction, prevents tangles, and allows long accurate casts with heavy swimbaits and braided lines. High-quality double lock reel seats keep your baitcasting reel firmly in place under heavy loads, ensuring maximum stability and precise control. Each rod comes with a padded, ready-to-fish rod bag designed to protect the rod during transport and storage. The fast-action tip allows natural lure presentation for swimbaits, crankbaits, and jerkbaits, while the reinforced lower blank delivers the power to set hooks and control large freshwater predators. Perfect for precise lure control, strong hooksets, and confident battles against pike, musky, and other trophy fish.
