FAQs

Can these markers be used on paper?

No, these are formulated as dry-erase markers specifically for non-porous surfaces like whiteboards and glass.

Are the markers refillable?

These markers are designed as disposable units and are not intended for refilling.

What is the primary difference between the two tips?

The chisel tip provides a wider, variable stroke (2.0-5.0mm) for filling, while the other tip provides a consistent 3.0mm line for details.

How do I ensure the markers last longer?

Always store them horizontally and keep the caps tightly closed when not in use.

Are these markers environmentally friendly?

Yes, the marker housing is constructed from 97% recycled plastic.

Troubleshooting

Marker tip appears dry or faint

Store the marker horizontally for several hours or overnight to allow gravity to pull ink back into the tip.

Ink is difficult to erase

Ensure you are using the marker only on non-porous surfaces; wipe immediately or use a whiteboard-safe cleaner if left on for an extended period.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Dual-tip versatility saves space in pencil cases and organizers
Easy to erase from glass and whiteboards without leaving residue
Sustainable design using 97% recycled plastic materials
Suitable for both bold headings and fine detailed labeling

Cons

Requires proper cap maintenance to prevent ink evaporation
Specific to non-porous surfaces only
Single-piece design means if one tip dries out, the whole pen may need replacement

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These markers are ready for immediate use out of the packaging. To ensure the longest product lifespan, follow these care guidelines:

Storage: Always store markers horizontally when not in use to ensure even ink distribution to both tips.
Capping: Ensure the cap clicks firmly into place after every use to prevent ink desiccation.
Surface Compatibility: Use exclusively on smooth, non-porous surfaces such as whiteboards, glass, and porcelain. Do not use on paper or porous materials, as the ink is intended to remain on the surface for easy removal.
Cleaning: Simply wipe with a standard dry-erase eraser or a soft cloth. For stubborn build-up after extended periods, a slightly damp cloth can be used.
