Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your new pan for the first time, wash it in warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residue. The pan is suitable for all hob types; ensure you choose a burner size that matches the 24cm base diameter for the best efficiency. While stainless steel is rugged, avoid using harsh scouring pads or steel wool to prevent scratching the mirror-polished interior. After cooking, allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to avoid thermal shock. If stuck-on food occurs, soak the pan in warm, soapy water or use a vinegar and water solution to gently lift residues.
