Troubleshooting
Light does not turn on
Check that the power supply is on and the fixture is correctly wired. Ensure the bulbs are securely screwed in and are not burnt out. Test the bulbs in another fixture if possible.
One light not working
Try swapping the bulb with a known working one from the other side. If the issue persists with the new bulb, the socket may be faulty.
Light flickers
Ensure the bulbs are fully tightened. Check the wiring connections for looseness. If the issue persists, try replacing the bulbs.
Adjustable joint is stiff
Gently move the joint back and forth. Avoid forcing it. If it remains stiff, a small amount of silicone lubricant might help, but apply sparingly.
