Troubleshooting
Fan does not turn on.
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check if the power switch is in the 'on' position. Try a different outlet to rule out an outlet issue.
Fan is making unusual noises.
Check that the fan blades and guard are securely fastened. Ensure no foreign objects are obstructing the fan. If the noise persists, it may indicate an internal motor issue.
Oscillation function is not working.
Verify that the oscillation knob or switch is engaged. Ensure the fan pole is correctly seated and not impeding movement. If the mechanism is stiff, try gently moving it by hand (with the fan off and unplugged).
Weak airflow.
Ensure the fan is set to a higher speed setting. Check the fan blades and guards for dust or obstructions that may be impeding airflow. Clean the fan as per the care instructions.
