FAQs

How should I sharpen the eyeliner?

Use a cosmetic pencil sharpener designed for soft pencils. Sharpen gently to avoid breakage and ensure a fine point.

Can I use this eyeliner on the waterline?

While the formula is designed to be gentle, individual sensitivity varies. Test on a small area first if using on the waterline.

How do I remove the eyeliner?

Use an oil-based makeup remover or a dedicated eye makeup remover. Gently wipe away the eyeliner with a cotton pad.

Is the eyeliner suitable for sensitive eyes?

The formula is designed for comfort, but always perform a patch test if you have sensitive eyes.

How long does the eyeliner last?

The eyeliner is designed for long wear and transfer resistance. However, wear time can vary depending on skin type and environmental conditions.

What is the best way to store the eyeliner?

Store the eyeliner in a cool, dry place and ensure the cap is securely fastened to prevent it from drying out.

Troubleshooting

Eyeliner smudges or transfers

Ensure the eyelid is clean and dry before application. Set the eyeliner with a matching eyeshadow to increase wear time.

Difficulty in achieving a smooth line
