Troubleshooting
Paper jams during printing
Ensure you are not loading too many sheets at once and check that the paper guides in the input tray are snugly against the stack.
Ink smearing after printing
Verify that your printer driver settings are configured for 'Photo Paper' or 'Heavyweight' media. This slows down the print speed to allow for proper ink absorption.
Photo curling after removal
The paper may curl if stored in high-humidity areas. Keep the sheets flat in a dry environment.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal print quality, load the paper into your compatible HP printer with the glossy side facing down. Compatibility is limited to specific models, including the HP OfficeJet 7612, 7510, 7110, and various models in the OfficeJet Pro 8700 and 6230 series. Always keep the paper in its original packaging when not in use to prevent the adhesive from collecting dust. Avoid applying these snapshots to wallpaper or delicate surfaces where the adhesive might pull away paint or paper finish upon removal.
