Check if the nozzle is obstructed by residue and wipe it clean with a damp cloth; ensure the cap is fully removed.

Liquid leaking inside the cap

Ensure the cap is pushed down firmly until it clicks to seal the nozzle and keep the bottle upright during transport.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This product is ready to use immediately out of the packaging. Simply remove the cap and point the nozzle toward the desired area or onto a piece of tissue. To ensure the longevity of the formula, store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. While the product is gentle and formulated for sensitive skin areas, always perform a patch test on a small area of skin before primary use. Keep the bottle tightly sealed when not in use to prevent leakage in your bag.
