Methylcobalamin is the active coenzyme form of vitamin B12. The body can easily absorb vitamin B12 in the form of cobalamin and converts the cobalamin into coenzyme form to stimulate metabolism. Cobalamin is identical to one of the two active forms found in the body. The vitamin B12 in this formula comes in a convenient nugget form, making it suitable for vegans.
