Troubleshooting

Missing pieces

While rare with Ravensburger puzzles, if you suspect a piece is missing, double-check the box and surrounding area thoroughly. Contact Ravensburger customer service if a piece is confirmed to be absent.

Pieces not fitting together well

Ensure you are using the correct pieces for the location. Ravensburger puzzles are known for their precise fit, so forced connections may indicate an incorrect piece placement. Gently try re-fitting adjacent pieces.

Difficulty distinguishing similar colors or patterns

Work in a well-lit area. If colors appear too similar, refer to the box image and focus on subtle variations in texture, shape, or small details within the pattern.
