Full details

The Onemill Gaming Chair with Cat Ears and Massage Lumbar Support in Pink is designed for gamers and remote workers seeking enhanced comfort and mobility. Its key benefit is a highly adjustable and ergonomic design, including a 135° recline and linked armrests, to support various activities from intense gaming sessions to focused work or relaxation. A potential caveat is that the linked armrests might not suit all user preferences or desk heights, requiring users to test compatibility.

Please refer to the product specifications or manual for the exact weight capacity, as it can vary by model. However, gaming chairs are typically built to support a substantial amount of weight.

How is the massage lumbar support powered?

The massage lumbar support is powered by a USB cable that connects to a power source, such as a wall adapter (often included) or a powered USB port.

Can the cat ears be removed?

The cat ears are typically a fixed design element of the chair and may not be removable without altering the chair's appearance.

What type of upholstery does the chair have?

This chair typically features PU leather or fabric upholstery. Check the specific product details for confirmation. Both require gentle cleaning with a damp cloth.

Is assembly required?

Yes, the chair requires assembly. All necessary tools and instructions are usually included in the package.

What is the warranty period for this chair?

Warranty details vary by manufacturer and retailer. It is recommended to check the product packaging or the retailer's website for specific warranty information.

Can the armrests be adjusted in height or angle?

This model features linked armrests that move with the recline. Specific adjustability options (height, pivot) for the armrests themselves should be checked in the detailed product specifications.

Troubleshooting

Chair wobbles or feels unstable

Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened, especially where the backrest and seat connect. Check that the gas lift is properly seated in the base.

Massage function not working

Verify that the power adapter is securely plugged into both the lumbar pillow and a working electrical outlet. Check the adapter for any visible damage.

Height adjustment is difficult

Ensure the chair is not bearing excessive weight when attempting to adjust the height. Release the lever and apply gentle pressure up or down.

Casters are sticking or not rolling smoothly

Remove any hair, threads, or debris from the caster wheels. If problems persist, consider replacing the casters.

Armrests feel loose

Re-tighten the screws attaching the armrests to the seat and mechanism. Ensure they are firmly in place before use.
