Ensure the tap is screwed in tightly. Check for any debris around the tap's connection point and clean if necessary. Some taps may have a rubber washer; ensure it is seated correctly.

To set up your Whiskey Barrel Drinks Dispenser, ensure it is placed on a stable, flat surface to prevent any tipping or leaks. Before the first use, it is recommended to rinse the barrel thoroughly with water. This dispenser is compatible with a range of non-carbonated spirits such as whiskey, bourbon, scotch, brandy, and rum. To maintain its aesthetic appeal and functionality, hand-wash the barrel carefully after each use using mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or placing it in a dishwasher, as this can damage the bamboo and bronze details. Crucially, keep the dispenser away from direct heat sources, such as stoves or radiators, to prevent the bamboo from drying out, cracking, or warping.
