To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Hisense Microwave Oven & Grill, follow these guidelines.
Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the microwave from its packaging. Retain packaging for potential warranty claims or returns.
- Placement: Place the microwave on a stable, level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation space around the unit, typically at least 10 cm on the sides and back, and 20 cm above, to allow for proper airflow.
- Power Connection: Plug the microwave into a standard grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet voltage matches the specifications for the appliance.
- First Use: Before initial use, wipe down the interior and exterior with a damp cloth.
Compatibility
- Electrical: This microwave operates on a standard household electrical supply. Ensure your outlet provides the correct voltage and amperage as specified in the product manual.

- Turntable: The glass turntable can be removed and washed by hand or in a dishwasher.
- Odor Removal: To eliminate odors, place a bowl of water with lemon slices or vinegar inside and microwave on high for a few minutes.
- Grill Cleaning: After using the grill, ensure the interior is cool before wiping down any splatters or food residue from the grill element and cavity walls.
