Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth for the camera body. For lenses, use a dedicated lens cleaning cloth and solution, wiping gently from the center outwards. Never touch lens elements directly with your fingers.
Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly inserted. Try a different fully charged battery if available. Check that the power switch is firmly in the 'On' position.
Verify the correct lens is attached and focused. Ensure the shutter speed is fast enough for the subject (e.g., for moving subjects). Clean the lens if it appears dirty. Check image stabilization settings if applicable.
Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on both the camera and smartphone. Confirm the SnapBridge app is installed and connected to the camera. Restart both devices and try reconnecting.
Remove and reattach the lens, ensuring it is securely locked in place. Clean the electrical contacts on both the lens and camera body with a dry, lint-free cloth. Try a different compatible lens if available.
