How do I connect the washing machine to WiFi?

Download the LG ThinQ app, create an account, and follow the in-app instructions to connect your washing machine to your home WiFi network.

How do I clean the detergent dispenser?

Remove the detergent dispenser and rinse it under warm water. Use a soft brush to remove any residue. Allow it to dry completely before reinserting it.

What kind of detergent should I use?

Use only high-efficiency (HE) detergents designed for front-load washing machines.

What should I do if the washing machine is leaking?

Check the water inlet hoses and drain hose for leaks. Make sure all connections are secure. If the leak persists, contact a qualified technician.

How often should I clean the drain pump filter?

It is recommended to clean the drain pump filter every 2-3 months or when you notice a decrease in performance or unusual noises.

Where can I find additional cycles for my washing machine?

You can download additional cycles via the LG ThinQ app.

Troubleshooting

Washing machine won't start.

Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and if the circuit breaker has tripped. Also, ensure the door is closed properly.

Water is not draining.

Check the drain hose for blockages and clean the drain pump filter.

Clothes are not clean.

Ensure you are using the correct amount of detergent. Select an appropriate wash cycle for the type of fabric and soil level. Clean the washing machine if it has not been done recently.
