The overall dimensions are approximately 78cm (Length) x 54cm (Width) x 58cm (Height).
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. For interior cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution, then allow it to air dry completely. Avoid machine washing.
While designed for portability, it's essential to check with your specific airline for their requirements regarding fabric carriers and dimensions, as policies vary.
The metal frame is integral to the carrier's structure and is not designed to be removed. Cleaning should be done by wiping down the fabric surfaces.
The hanging satchel bag, located on the back, is designed to store treats, small toys, or other personal items for your pet.
The carrier features two strong carry handles that can be joined together for added stability. There is also a side handle for carrying the folded carrier.
While specific weight limits are not provided, the sturdy metal frame and large size are designed to accommodate medium to large pets securely.
Ensure the internal metal frame is fully unfolded and locked into position. Check that all support poles are correctly seated.
Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Lubricate the zipper teeth with a graphite pencil or a small amount of soap if it continues to stick. Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper.
Air the carrier out in a well-ventilated area for several days. You can also place a pet-safe odor absorber inside. Ensure the carrier is completely dry before storing.
This carrier is not recommended for pets with destructive chewing habits. For such pets, a more robust crate is advisable. Supervise your pet when first using the carrier.
Setup: Unfold the sturdy metal frame. Ensure all zippers are properly aligned and secured. The carrier is ready for use once the frame is expanded and stable.
Compatibility: This carrier is designed for cats and dogs. Ensure your pet's size and temperament are suitable for fabric carriers. The extra-large size is ideal for larger breeds, but always check internal dimensions against your pet's needs.
Care: Wipe the PVC waterproof fabric coating with a damp cloth for cleaning. For interior messes, use a mild soap and water solution, ensuring thorough drying before storage. The mesh panels can be gently brushed or vacuumed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the fabric or coating.
