The HOMCOM 5kg Weighted Vest is an ideal fitness accessory for individuals looking to increase intensity in their bodyweight training, walking, or cardio sessions. It offers a balanced, fixed 5kg resistance to help build endurance and strength without the bulk of heavy plates. While it provides excellent stability for general exercise, it is not suitable for users seeking adjustable weight increments for progressive heavy lifting.

No, this vest has a fixed weight of 5kg and does not allow for adding or removing weights.
No, it is recommended to spot clean the vest with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
The pocket is designed to fit standard-sized smartphones, though extra-large or bulky cases may be a tight fit.
While the vest is secure, it is primarily intended for walking, jogging, and general bodyweight training rather than plyometric jumping.
This specific model is the 5kg version; please check the manufacturer's catalog for other weight variants.
Tighten the side straps further to ensure the vest is hugging your core snugly.
Adjust the vest position slightly higher on your back to redistribute the weight pressure.
Gently clean the strips with a soft cloth and lukewarm water to restore their reflective properties.
Setup is straightforward: simply loosen the adjustable straps, place the vest over your head, and tighten the side straps until the vest sits snugly against your torso without restricting your breathing.
Compatibility is universal as the adjustable design accommodates most adult body types. To care for your vest, avoid machine washing. Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap after sweaty sessions to maintain hygiene. Store the vest in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the fabric or reflective strips from degrading over time.
