How many scents are included in the set?

The set includes three distinct scents: Mediterranean Sea, Sicilian Lemon, and Orange Blossom.

What is the volume of each bottle?

Each pump bottle contains 500ml of liquid hand soap.

Can I refill these bottles with other soaps?

While the bottles are refillable, it is recommended to use compatible liquid hand soaps to maintain the pump's function and the aesthetic.

Are these soaps suitable for sensitive skin?

The soap is formulated to be gentle for everyday use, but individuals with very sensitive skin should always test a small area first or discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

Is this set suitable as a gift?

Yes, the set is designed with premium presentation and coordinated scents, making it an ideal gift for housewarmings, holidays, or as a hostess gift.

What is the design inspiration for the bottles?

The bottles are inspired by Mediterranean ceramics, featuring elegant floral patterns.

Troubleshooting

Pump not dispensing soap

Ensure the pump mechanism is properly attached and the plastic tube reaches the bottom of the bottle. Prime the pump by pressing it down several times. Check if the nozzle is clogged; if so, rinse under warm water.

Soap consistency seems off

This is unlikely with a sealed product. If you notice significant separation or an unusual texture, discontinue use.

Skin irritation after use

Although formulated to be gentle, discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician if symptoms persist.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Adds a decorative and luxurious touch to any room.
  • Offers a variety of pleasant, distinct fragrances.
  • Large bottle size provides excellent value and convenience.
  • Gentle formula suitable for frequent hand washing.
  • Beautifully packaged, making it an ideal gift.

Cons

  • The floral design might not fit all decor styles.
  • Fragrance preferences are subjective.
  • Pump mechanism could potentially clog if not maintained.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

  1. Remove the protective cap from the pump mechanism.
  2. Prime the pump by pressing it down several times until soap dispenses.

Compatibility:

  • This is a liquid hand soap refillable in its own pump bottles. It is not designed for use with other soap dispensers unless they are specifically compatible with liquid hand soap.

Care:

  • Clean the bottles and pump mechanisms periodically with mild soap and water.
  • If the pump becomes clogged, rinse the nozzle under warm water and try dispensing again.
  • Avoid exposing the bottles to extreme temperatures.
