Product Information

Full details

A traditional bench rebate plane designed for cleaning up wide rebates and shoulders or large joints and for general bench joinery. It is suitable for use on both hard and soft woods. The plane features a high-quality cast iron body, precision-machined for strength and stability, with a finely ground base and sides for accurate planing. No blade movement is ensured by machined seatings, and a brass locking screw secures the blade assembly for easy removal during sharpening. The full-width cutter allows for precise depth and positioning adjustment using a solid brass nut. Fitted with shaped wooden handles and guidance knobs for user comfort and control, this plane is perfect for detailed joinery, door fitting, and general carpentry. Faithfull offers a 5-year manufacturer's guarantee. Note: Blade will require honing before use.
