Troubleshooting

Dishwasher won't turn on

Check the power supply and ensure the dishwasher is properly plugged in. Check the circuit breaker.

Dishes are not clean

Check that the spray arms are not blocked. Make sure you are using the correct detergent and that the water supply is hot enough (at least 120°F). Ensure dishes are loaded properly, allowing water to reach all surfaces.

Dishwasher is leaking

Inspect the door seal for any damage and ensure it's clean. Check the water supply hose and drain hose for leaks. Make sure the dishwasher is level.

Dishes are not drying properly

Make sure rinse aid is used. Check the ActiveDry function setting. Ensure proper loading to allow air circulation. Clean the filters.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation: Ensure the dishwasher is installed by a qualified professional, following the provided installation manual. Correct plumbing and electrical connections are crucial for safe and efficient operation. Ensure the dishwasher fits properly into its designated space and that the door opens and closes without obstruction.
Compatibility: Use dishwasher-safe detergents and rinse aids. Avoid using regular dish soap, as it can cause excessive suds and damage the appliance. Check that the water supply is compatible with the dishwasher's specifications.
Care: Regularly clean the filters to prevent clogs and maintain optimal cleaning performance. Run the self-cleaning program periodically to remove any buildup. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to keep it clean. Do not overload the dishwasher, as this can impede cleaning performance. Inspect the spray arms and remove any obstructions.

The dishwasher has indicators to let you know when to refill rinse aid and salt for the water softener. Make sure to choose the appropriate setting on your dishwasher.
