The hub supports dual monitors, but at 2K@60Hz or 1080p@60Hz depending on your laptop's DP version, rather than dual 4K.
It is compatible with devices that support standard USB-C Power Delivery and DisplayPort Alt Mode.
The 3.5mm port is an audio jack designed for headphones or external speakers (output).
No, the Anker 565 is a plug-and-play device and does not require manual driver installations.
The hub supports up to 85W of pass-through charging, depending on the power adapter connected to it.
Verify that your laptop's USB-C port supports video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode) and check that the HDMI/DP cables are securely seated.
Ensure the Ethernet cable is Cat5e or higher and check your router's settings to confirm the port negotiation speed.
Ensure you are using a USB-C Power Delivery wall charger connected to the hub's designated input port.
Setting up the hub is straightforward thanks to its plug-and-play design; simply connect the hub to your laptop's USB-C port, and it should be recognized immediately by your operating system. For optimal display output, verify that your laptop supports DisplayPort 1.4, as performance varies based on hardware specifications (4K@60Hz for single monitors on DP 1.4). Keep the hub in a well-ventilated area to manage operating temperatures, and clean the ports gently with compressed air to prevent dust buildup that could interfere with stable connections.
