FAQs
Does this desk come in other colors?
This specific model is finished in Grey Oak.
Can I adjust the height of the desk?
The desk has adjustable feet for leveling, but it is not a height-adjustable sit-stand desk.
How thick is the desktop?
The main work surface is 25mm thick, designed for long-term durability.
Does the desk include a warranty?
Please consult your original purchase documentation or retailer for specific warranty terms regarding your unit.
Is assembly difficult?
The desk uses a standard modular design. We recommend two people for assembly to manage the tabletop weight safely.
What tools do I need for assembly?
You will typically need a standard screwdriver and potentially a hex key if provided in the hardware kit.
Troubleshooting
The desk feels wobbly on the floor.
Adjust the leveling glides located on the bottom of the black double strut legs until the desk is flush with the floor.
The surface has minor scuffs or dust buildup.
Use a damp microfiber cloth with a small amount of mild dish soap and wipe dry immediately; avoid excess water.
Cables are not fitting through the port.
Ensure the cable grommet cover is removed before routing large power bricks; replace the cover once the cables are in place.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- High-durability 25mm top construction
- Heat-resistant melamine finish for longevity
- Integrated cable ports for efficient organization
- Adjustable leveling feet for stability on any floor
- Impact-resistant 2mm ABS protective edging
Cons
- Requires assembly upon delivery
- Larger footprint may not fit small corner spaces
- Fixed height design does not allow for sit-stand transition
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly requires a standard screwdriver and ideally two people due to the weight of the 25mm tabletop. Follow the included manual to attach the legs to the underside frame before securing the modesty panel.
Compatibility: The desk is compatible with most standard ergonomic office chairs and under-desk mobile pedestals.
Care Instructions:
- Wipe the Grey Oak melamine surface with a damp, lint-free cloth for daily cleaning.
- Avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could compromise the melamine finish.
- Periodically check the leg attachments and leveling feet to ensure they remain tight and balanced after moving the unit.
