No, this is a divan bed base and headboard only. You will need to provide your own small double mattress.
No, this specific model features two drawers located exclusively at the foot-end of the bed.
The headboard is strutted, allowing for minor height adjustments to accommodate different mattress thicknesses.
The headboard provided is 26 inches tall.
The Chester & Oakley Valencia range is handcrafted in the UK.
The chrome gliders are designed to be floor-friendly, but we recommend using a rug or felt pads if you are particularly concerned about high-traffic marking on soft wood.
Check the metal runners for obstructions or debris. Ensure the base is perfectly level on the floor, as uneven surfaces can cause the frame to twist and bind the drawers.
Verify that all base sections are securely connected. If your floor is uneven, consider using thin furniture shims under the chrome gliders to stabilize the unit.
Assembly of the Valencia Divan is straightforward. The base components should be joined securely using the provided fixings before attaching the headboard via the strut system.
Compatibility: This bed is designed to fit standard small double mattresses. Ensure your room dimensions account for the total length of the base plus the headboard projection.
