Troubleshooting
Printed design on mug is fading.
Ensure the mug is being hand-washed with mild soap and not placed in a dishwasher. Avoid using abrasive cleaning materials.
Coaster shows water stains.
Wipe the coaster clean with a damp cloth immediately after use. Do not leave it to soak.
Keyring clasp feels loose.
Gently try to tighten the clasp with a small pair of pliers if it is a screw-type closure. If it is a spring-loaded clasp, it may need replacement.
