Troubleshooting
Crib is wobbly after setup.
Ensure all legs are firmly on the ground and that the folding mechanism is fully locked. Double-check that any securing straps are taut if attached to a bed.
Mattress height adjustment is stiff.
Gently try to move the adjustment mechanism back and forth. Ensure there are no obstructions. Refer to the manual for specific instructions on height adjustment.
Baby seems too warm.
Ensure the dual ventilation panels are open and unobstructed. Consider the baby's sleepwear and room temperature. The breathable design aims to improve airflow, but external factors are also key.
Travel bag zipper is stuck.
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper. Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Lubricate with a pencil graphite if necessary.
