Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Measure: Determine the length and diameter of your gutters and drainpipes.
- Cut (if necessary): The brushes can be cut to size using standard household scissors or shears.
- Insert: Simply place the brush into the gutter or drainpipe, ensuring it fits snugly without gaps.
- Overlap (for longer runs): If using multiple brushes, overlap the ends slightly to create a continuous barrier.
Compatibility:
The Groundmaster Gutter Brush is designed to fit most standard gutter and drainpipe sizes. Its flexible nature allows it to conform to the shape of the channel.
Care:
- Periodically inspect the brushes for any significant build-up of debris. While they are designed to allow water flow, extremely dense accumulations might require attention.
- To clean, you can often use a hose to rinse away loose debris. For more stubborn material, a stiff brush or pulling the guard out and cleaning it manually may be necessary.
- The durable bristles are designed for long-term use and do not require replacement under normal conditions.
