The Ambit Pendant Light typically uses an E27 base bulb. It is recommended to check the specific product details for the maximum wattage and recommended bulb type for optimal performance.

Can I install the pendant light myself?

While basic assembly might be possible, electrical installation should ideally be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.

How do I clean the hand-painted exterior?

Gently dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth. For minor smudges, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Is the Ambit Pendant Light available in other sizes and colors?

Yes, the Ambit Pendant Light is available in a variety of sizes and a range of colors, allowing for customization to fit different spaces and aesthetic preferences.

What are the dimensions of the small size?

Specific dimensions vary by exact model and size. Please refer to the product's technical specifications for precise measurements of the small size.

Does the interior of the shade affect the light color?

Troubleshooting

Light does not turn on

Check that the light bulb is correctly installed and functioning. Verify the power supply to the fixture is active and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the light switch is in the 'on' position.

Uneven or flickering light

Try replacing the light bulb, as a faulty bulb can cause flickering. Ensure the bulb is of the correct type and wattage as recommended for the fixture. Check the connection between the bulb and the socket.

Visible imperfections on the finish

Given the hand-spun and hand-painted nature of the product, minor variations may be present and are considered part of its artisanal charm. If imperfections are significant, contact customer support.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Installation typically requires a qualified electrician to ensure safe and proper mounting. Ensure the ceiling fixture can support the weight of the pendant.

Compatibility: The Ambit Pendant Light is designed for standard household electrical systems. It requires a compatible light bulb (typically an E27 base, check specific product details for wattage and type recommendations).
