Troubleshooting

Mattress not fully expanding

Ensure the mattress has been unrolled and has had sufficient time (up to 72 hours) in a well-ventilated room to expand fully. Check for any obstructions that might be hindering expansion.

Noticeable odor upon unboxing

This is a normal "off-gassing" smell from new foam. Allow the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room for 24-72 hours before use. The odor should dissipate completely.

Discomfort or lack of support

Allow the mattress the full recommended expansion time. If discomfort persists after a few weeks of sleeping on it, consider if the mattress firmness level is suitable for your sleeping preferences. Ensure the bed frame provides adequate support.

Uneven surface after expansion

Ensure the mattress was unrolled on a flat, even surface and has had adequate time to decompress. Check that the bed frame is level and provides uniform support.
