FAQs

What size gas bottle is recommended for the fire pit?

We strongly recommend using a 5 kg gas tank for optimal performance and safety.

Can the fire pit be used in light rain?

The fire pit is designed for outdoor use, but it's advisable to cover the set or store cushions during heavy rain to maintain their condition.

How do I clean the aluminum table top?

Clean the aluminum table top with a damp cloth. The powder coating helps protect the surface.

Are the cushion covers removable and washable?

Yes, the cushions feature premium quality, super thick padding with washable covers for easy maintenance.

What is the delivery process for this set?

The product is delivered on a pallet to your kerbside. The items come flat-packed and require assembly by the customer.

How should I prepare the fire pit before its first use?

Before using the fire pit, please carefully check all joints and the hose for any signs of leakage. Ensure the gas bottle is correctly fixed.

What should I avoid when using the fire pit?

It is important not to cover the igniter with lava rocks, as this can prevent ignition.

Troubleshooting

Fire pit not igniting

Ensure the gas bottle is connected correctly and the valve is open. Check that the igniter is not covered by lava rocks and that there are no blockages in the gas flow. Verify gas supply to the unit.

Uneven heat from the fire pit

Check the gas pressure and ensure the gas bottle is not running low. Make sure the lava rocks are evenly distributed and not obstructing the flame vents.

Rust spots on the frame

While the powder coating provides rust resistance, minor spots can occur. Clean gently with a damp cloth. Ensure the frame is dry after exposure to moisture.

Cushions becoming damp

Ensure cushion covers are correctly fitted and zipped. If cushions are exposed to rain, allow them to air dry thoroughly before storing. Consider using a rain cover for the set when not in use.

Assembly difficulty

Review the assembly instructions carefully, ensuring all parts are aligned correctly before tightening. If issues persist, re-check connections and ensure the correct hardware is being used for each step.
