FAQs

How many people can this set seat?

The set comfortably seats 6-8 people, with the table designed for spacious placement of plates and serving dishes, and the two benches providing seating for 3-4 people each.

What material is the tabletop made of?

The tabletop is made of heavy-duty HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), known for its durability, resistance to decay, mildew, and fading.

Is the frame resistant to rust?

Yes, the frame is constructed from powder-coated metal, which provides a rustproof finish for enhanced durability in outdoor conditions.

Can I use an umbrella with this table?

Yes, the table features a built-in umbrella hole with a 5.8 cm diameter, allowing you to add shade.

How do I clean the picnic table and benches?

Clean the surfaces with mild soap and water using a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry.

How is the product delivered?

The picnic table and bench set is delivered in 3 separate boxes, and the delivery times for each box may vary.

Are the footpads adjustable?

Yes, the set includes eight adjustable, non-slip footpads that help to stabilize the table and benches on various terrains.

Troubleshooting

Wobbly table or benches

Ensure all bolts are fully tightened. Adjust the non-slip footpads individually until the set is stable on the ground. Check that the ground surface is relatively level.

Tabletop or bench surface has discoloration

Clean the surface with a mild soap and water solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers. For stubborn marks, a non-abrasive plastic cleaner might be effective.

Parts are missing or damaged upon arrival

Contact customer support with your order details and a description or photo of the missing/damaged parts. Replacement parts will be provided.

Frame shows signs of rust

Although designed to be rustproof, inspect the powder coating. If minor rust appears, clean the area and touch up with a rust-inhibiting paint suitable for metal furniture.

Umbrella does not fit securely

Ensure the umbrella pole diameter does not exceed 5.8 cm. If it's slightly smaller, consider using a shim or an umbrella hole reducer for a snug fit.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Unpack all components from the delivery boxes and identify all parts against the included manual.
Assemble the frame first, ensuring all bolts are securely tightened but not overtightened.
Attach the tabletop and benches to the frame.
Install the adjustable footpads.
It is recommended to have two people for assembly to ensure stability and proper alignment of parts.

Compatibility:

The set is designed for outdoor use but can also be placed indoors.
The umbrella hole is compatible with standard patio umbrellas with a pole diameter of up to 5.8 cm.
The adjustable footpads allow for stable setup on most flat and slightly uneven outdoor surfaces such as grass, concrete, wood decks, and patios.

Care:

Tabletop: Clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface.
Frame: Wipe down the powder-coated metal frame with a damp cloth. Check periodically for any signs of wear and address promptly.
Storage: While the set is weather-resistant, prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions can be minimized by covering it or storing it indoors during extreme seasons for extended product life.
