This toner from CARE:NEL, a South Korean brand, helps brighten your skin tone by relieving blemishes and unclogging pores. It contains 91% Cica for a powerful soothing effect and Vitamin B5 to strengthen the skin barrier. The formula is enriched with BHA and PHA to clarify and balance your skin. Key ingredients include Centella Asiatica Extract (91%), Tranexamic Acid (10,000 PPM), Vitamin B5 (1%), Niacinamide (2%), BHA (0.5%), and PHA (0.5%). It effectively soothes the skin, removes dark spots, unclogs and shrinks enlarged pores, and promotes an even skin tone. To use, after cleansing, soak a cotton pad with the toner and wipe it over your entire face.
