The Spector Portable Coffee Grinder is designed for coffee enthusiasts who demand cafe-quality results away from a traditional kitchen setup, offering cordless convenience through a robust 2600mAh battery. Its standout benefit is the combination of 60 precision grind settings and a professional-grade 41mm stainless steel burr, ensuring versatility for any brew method from espresso to French press. A notable caveat is that while it is portable, the stainless steel burr construction and heavy-duty motor make it heavier than manual hand grinders, which may influence your packing choices for long-distance hiking.

Yes, the Spector Coffee Grinder supports pass-through charging, meaning you can continue to use it while it is connected to a power source.
Simply rotate the adjustment collar located on the body of the grinder to select one of the 60 numbered settings.
No, the device is not waterproof. Keep the motor and charging port dry and clean the burrs only with a dry brush.
It is compatible with standard 51mm to 58mm portafilter baskets.
Depending on your power source output, a full charge typically takes a few hours.
Lower rpm reduces friction-based heat, which prevents the coffee beans from 'cooking' during the grind and preserves their natural aroma and flavor profile.
Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged or check if the motor is overheated from continuous use; allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
Check that the burr housing is properly locked in place and that the burrs are free of coffee bean debris or clogs.
Verify the USB cable is securely connected and try a different power adapter or port.
To set up your grinder, start by fully charging the device using the included USB cable. Use the adjustment dial to select your preferred setting; clockwise typically increases fineness, while counter-clockwise increases coarseness. When using with an espresso machine, ensure your portafilter basket is between 51-58mm for a secure fit. For maintenance, avoid washing the burrs with water as this can lead to rust; instead, use a dry, soft-bristled brush to remove stray grounds after each use. Store in a cool, dry place and ensure the battery is charged periodically even during long periods of inactivity to maintain cell health.
