The Q-Connect A-Z Index Divider (KF01523) is an ideal organizational tool for office managers, students, and home users who need to maintain tidy, easily accessible document storage. Its primary benefit is the 20-part A-Z organization system combined with Mylar-reinforced tabs that offer long-lasting durability; however, users should note that as a 20-part set, it skips specific letter pairings to fit into a single A4 binder sequence.

As this is a 20-part index, it combines certain letters to fit the A-Z sequence into 20 sections rather than 26.
Yes, the multi-punched holes are designed to accommodate standard 2-ring and 4-ring A4 binders.
The tabs are pre-printed for alphabetical use and are reinforced with Mylar for permanent durability.
Yes, every pack includes an index cover sheet for labeling and easy cross-referencing.
You can find downloadable templates at the official Q-Connect website provided in the product documentation.
Ensure you are using a standard A4 binder; non-standard or small binders may not match the hole spacing.
Gently wipe the Mylar-reinforced tabs with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
To set up your dividers, simply open your ring binder or lever arch file and align the multi-punched holes with the binder mechanism. For long-term use, ensure that you do not overload the binder with paper, as excessive pressure can cause the divider holes to eventually wear. If you need to print custom labels, visit the Q-Connect support website to download the specific index templates. Keep these dividers in a dry environment to maintain the structural integrity of the white card material.
