The Tower Power TP10412 is a reliable and practical solution for individuals needing extra reach for everyday electronics in the home, office, or workshop. Its compact cassette design excels at keeping cables organized, making it ideal for desk setups or small workspaces. While it offers excellent convenience and safety features like a thermal cut-out, users should note that its 10-amp capacity limits it to lighter-duty household equipment rather than high-drain industrial power tools.

No, the 10-amp capacity is designed for everyday electronics and small office equipment, not heavy-duty machinery.
The integrated thermal safety cut-out will automatically interrupt the power supply to prevent damage.
This product is intended for indoor use. Do not expose the cassette or cable to moisture, rain, or wet conditions.
The cable provided with the TP10412 is 4 metres long.
This model features two sockets, allowing you to power two devices simultaneously.
For low-wattage devices, partial extension is fine. However, if you are nearing the maximum power load, we recommend unwinding the cable fully to assist with heat dissipation.
Check if the wall socket is powered and ensure the plug is firmly inserted. If the thermal cut-out has tripped, unplug the device and allow it to cool down for at least 10 minutes before resetting.
Ensure the cable is not twisted or kinked. Pull the cable out completely and guide it slowly back into the housing to ensure it coils evenly.
To set up your Tower Power TP10412, simply place the cassette on a flat, dry surface, pull out the required length of cable, and plug the main lead into your wall socket. Ensure that the combined load of your devices does not exceed the 10-amp rating.
For care and maintenance, keep the device clean by wiping it with a dry, lint-free cloth; avoid using water or chemical cleaners. Regularly inspect the cord for any signs of fraying or insulation damage. Store the unit in a cool, dry place when not in use, ensuring the cable is retracted smoothly into the cassette to avoid kinks or internal stress.
